Employment Process

All applications received online, by fax or mail, are forwarded directly to Jim Pearson Transport’s Driver Trainers.

If your experience and qualifications are appropriate for a current position, you will be contacted to arrange an interview.

Before starting work at Jim Pearson Transport, successful applicants are required to carry out driver training, medical checks, RTA checks, drug testing and to complete the policies and procedures induction.

Should there not be any positions available at the time your application is submitted, your application will be filed for future positions.
